Shipping policy
Upon actual receipt of payment by the user, Suite s.r.l. will ship the purchased products in 3-5 working
days, using leading companies in the logistics sector (including DHL, SDA, etc.) with shipping costs placed on
the buyer, already indicated, accepted and charged to the user at the time of the conclusion of the order.
Upon reaching certain amounts identified at the time of order conclusion, shipping may be free of charge.
In the event that the withdrawal has been exercised and the return has been made in accordance with the
terms of the law and the conditions provided for in Article 7 below, SUITE S.R.L. shall refund the payment
received from the consumer, possibly including shipping costs, within fourteen days from the day on which
it is informed of the user's decision to withdraw from the contract. SUITE S.R.L. will make the refund using
the same means of payment used by the user for the initial transaction. SUITE S.R.L. may withhold the
refund until it has received the goods, which must be returned before the expiration of the fourteen-day
period. In any case, Article 59 of the Consumer Code applies, under which the withdrawal remains
precluded if the user has opened, punctured, broken the package containing the goods purchased
